FAQs and Shipping

Hella Handmade Creations is unable to accept returns, cancel orders or process refunds for any beauty or bath products. During the pre-order period only, we are happy to accommodate order changes when we are notified immediately. After the sale ends, order packing beigins and we are no longer able to make changes, cancellations, or item removals.

What is a GWP? We're glad you asked! GWP is our Gift With Purchase that is offered each month within our preorder period when a minimum purchase amount is acquired. The GWP changes monthly and is limited to one person per address per month.

Does HHC Combine Orders? HHC automatically combines any orders that have the following:

  • exact same name
  • exact same address
  • exact same email address

If your order does not have all of the above listed items we can still combine your order if you send a request to do so to HHCConsumerCare@gmail.com. Please include your name and the order numbers you would like combined.

Does HHC refund shipping for combined orders? HHC shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your package, we don't have flat rates. After we combine all orders we will process refunds for shipping overages over $1.50. These refunds are processed manually and take time, please allow at least 7 business days after the sale ends for shipping overage refunds to be completed.

When should I expect my package to be shipped? Order packing for monthly pre-orders begins after maker products have arrived in our warehouse which is generally a week after the pre-order sale closes. Packing combined with shipping transit time is typically a combined minimum of 4 weeks after the close of sales on the 21st of each month which puts most arrivals at around the same day the following month. For example, if you order in May's sale, your package should arrive close to the time the June sale is ending. Below is a graphic to give an idea of what the process looks like.

International Shipping and Combined Orders: International customers can hold and combine orders from month to month, which may delay processing. Please email HHC at hhcconsumercare@gmail.com to initiate holds and to request shipment once your final month's products are ready. 

Group Buys: Orders ship to the coordinator around 4 weeks after the 21st of the month. The coordinator will handle final distribution to you, which adds to the total processing time.

Third-Party Shippers: HHC ships to the address provided in your Shopify order. If a shipment through a third party arrives damaged, please email photos to to customer care at hhcconsumercare@gmail.com for help and next steps. Note that HHC cannot address missing items with third-party shippers.

International Tracking and Customs: Once a package leaves the USA, tracking may be limited. If it is stuck in customs or delayed, please wait for it to clear.

UK Shipping: Due to regulation changes, HHC is not currently shipping to the United Kingdom.

Missing/Delivered Package Policy (USA): If a package is marked delivered but not found, you must contact your local USPS office within 3 business days for a GPS verification scan, these scans are outside HHC’s direct control.

Damaged or Inaccurate Items: If you receive an inaccurate or damaged item, please email photos of the packaging and items to hhcconsumercare@gmail.com for help. Damaged, broken, or leaking items can typically be replaced; underfilled items may receive a partial refund.

Faded Polish: For products under six months old, email hhcconsumercare@gmail.com with photos for assistance. We will connect with the brand owner on your behalf to determine next steps.
