September Updates for August 2026 Fulfillment

9/4/2026 We started by trying to get as many orders for Canada out the door as we possibly could.  We were still missing a lot of product.
9/7/2026 - Not realizing the post office was closed today, we packed more Canada orders with products that arrived Saturday and Friday. Unfortunately those were not processed through until early Tuesday because the post office was closed on Monday. I am not sure how those orders will be handled as far as tariffs go.
9/8/2026 - Packing continued with many of the smaller orders.  We did not have  fulfillment for Arcana.  Incomplete fulfillment for Clionadh and by Dany Vianna is happening.
9/9/2026 - Middle of the week packing day!  We are still missing part of the Clionadh fulfillment.  One Clionadh box has been held in Niagra Falls since August 26th. We are doing our best to work around this issue.  We still have around 500 orders under six items to go.  
9/10/2026 - The missing Clionadh shipment(s) containing Goblin Shark is still showing as stalled in Niagra Falls, NY.   There is another box slowly making it's way to HHC containing Black Widow. We are working around those remaining orders currently. Black Widow will be here on Monday.
9/11/26 - Happy Aloha Friday!  Packing continues today.  All orders that have all products here are being packed and will ship on Monday.  There were a few orders containing  Clionadh items that were  packed yesterday that will not ship on Monday because of the missing items. The Black Widow still shows as arriving on Monday so we hope to have those out the door by Tuesday.  The Goblin Shark package from 8/26/26 has FINALLY MOVED!  It is showing delivery on Tuesday so we hope to have those out the door on Wednesday. 
9/15/26 - We've sent out all packages possible.  Unfortunately there is a USPS issue with one of the boxes and it has not arrived.  We are missing Clionadh's Black Widow. We have pre-packed everything and are waiting for the rest of Black Widow to arrive.  This means you probably received a packing email. 

August Updates for July 2026 Fulfillment

8/11/2026 - Nearly all items have arrived.  We have a partial shipment of Vibrant Scents that remains.  Also, tomorrow should be our last day of packing but unfortunately we only received a partial fulfillment of Pahlish My Private Jet polish.  It is due to arrive here by 9:00pm on Thursday the 13th.  This pushes back about 350 orders until Friday.  We will pre-pack these orders tomorrow so that when we receive them we can quickly pop the missing item in and close them up. 
8/13/2026 - All packing and pre-packing was completed yesterday. (This means you might have received a packing notification even if My Private Jet was in your order but it is not ready to ship.)
 We expected the rest of the Pahlish fulfillment to arrive by tonight but there has been a delay.  The tracking has updated to be delivered by 6:15 pm Friday night.  We anticipate that all these orders will be out the door on Monday.  My apologies on behalf of HHC and UPS.

July Updates for June 2026 Fulfillment

7/1/2026 - Some of the products have started to trickle in.  We are busy counting the products.  Happy summer!
7/3/2026 - We are beginning single item order packing today.
7/5/2026 - A concentration of single item orders and a few multiples are being packed.  Still missing several brands fulfillment.
7/6/26 - Order packing continued with many larger orders being fulfilled.  Missing Rogue and Penelope Luz fulfillment.  Federal Distress is holding the Penelope Luz hostage.  It was shipped within the allotted shipment time.  This is becoming a pattern with Federal Distress.

7/7/2026 - Packing continues! Rogue has arrived.  Penelope Luz is still being held hostage by Federal Distress.  If you have ordered Penelope Luz pre-order items in June, your order is not ready to ship.  Even if you may have received an email.  A few were sent by accident.
7/8/2026 - We hired new staff and they are incredible!  Today is the last scheduled  day of packing.  We completed everything very quickly this month!  Unfortunately we do not have the Penelope Luz fulfillment yet.  Since it is still early, we are going to wait until the end next week to give the package more time to arrive. 
7/20/26 - As most of you who are affected know, the Penelope Luz has not shown up yet.  We closed up all of the packages today for those orders and a pick up is scheduled for tomorrow.

June Updates for May 2026 Fulfillment

6/5/26 - Many "onesies" were packed today. Will be picked up on Monday.
6/8/26 - Shipping is in full swing.  We are missing Nothing Basic, Pepper Polish, Phoenix Polish, Rogue Lacquer, Sassy Cats, Wicked Lacquer and Ananda.
6/9/26 - Shipping is progressing well. We are still missing some Phoenix/Nothing Basic, and Pepper Polish due to the antics of Federal Distress AGAIN this month.  Rogue is also not at HHC headquarters yet.
6/10/26 - We are progressing well.  Larger orders are being packed.  We have received Pepper Polish and Rogue.  We are still missing one box of Phoenix/Nothing Basic items.
6/12/26 - All items are in our possession EXCEPT we are still missing box of Phoenix/Nothing Basic items.  There other two boxes have been delivered.  We have packed everything we can and the tracking for those packages  will update today or tomorrow.  All other orders are awaiting that last box to clear.  These items will have their labels printed (read this as you will receive an email with a tracking number) but they will NOT update over the weekend.  I apologize on behalf of Federal Distress.
6/16/26 - The missing Phoenix/Nothing Basic box showed up yesterday.  All the pre-packed orders will be completed with their missing items today and picked up by USPS tomorrow.

May Updates for April 2026 Fulfillment

5/6/26 - Over 800 small orders were shipped today.
5/7/26 - Shipping continued.  Missing some Handmade Natural Beauty. Nothing Basic. Pepper Polish. Phoenix.
5/8/26 - Off for Mother's Day weekend
5/11/26 - Packing resumes.  Prepacking for missing shipments of Handmade Natural Beauty. Nothing Basic. Pepper Polish. Phoenix. Several packages are being held hostage by FedEx.
5/12/26 -  Currently missing Handmade Natural Beauty, Nothing Basic and Phoenix. All orders without these items have been packed and shipped.

We are entering the pre-packing the phase of the month.  When packages arrive late to HHC, pre-packing may occur.  We print the labels and pack everything that goes in the order except the missing items.  We will keep you updated on further shipping decisions regarding these packages.  The most recent word is that the box containing Nothing Basic and Phoenix will be released from customs by tomorrow.

5/14/26 - Nothing Basic "Purest Form of Love" Update:

One of three boxes from Brazil has cleared customs and is currently in transit to our facility, while the remaining two boxes are still being processed in customs. Please note that clearing customs signifies the package has resumed its journey and is not yet in our physical possession. Once the entire three-box shipment arrives, we will proceed with the following steps:

• Mandatory Quality & Inventory Inspection: Verifying every bottle meets our standards. • Customer Outreach: Contacting all affected order holders with options for fulfillment or full refunds. We are committed to providing quality products and appreciate your patience while these final logistics are resolved. 

5/18/26 - The last of the packages from Federal Distress arrived late Friday.  We were able to finish up adding the missing items to the  pre-packed orders today and all the packages are out the door and on their way to USPS.
