Baroness X New Moon Cuticle Oil Refill/Dropper
Named for the lunar phase, new moon is associated with new beginnings, which is often seen as an opportunity for growth. Our New Moon Nail & Cuticle Oil is formulated to help you in your hydrating nail care routine.
BACKGROUND
A lot of time and research has went into creating the Baroness X 20 oil blend. There are so many cuticle oils out there but they're not all necessarily made of quality oils. If you are looking for something for long term maintenance that will heal and hydrate, then this is the product you need. This blend is vegan and as all Baroness X products, cruelty-free. It's also free of other common allergens (note the Kukui Nut Oil which is a tree nut so please use caution if you have nut allergies).
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I APPLY?
-Apply at least two to three times a day if you're having issues with dryness, cracking or have a cuticle injury.
-Apply one to two times a day to maintain cuticle health and hydration in dry climates or during cold winter months.
-The frequency of application really depends on the needs of the individual so play around and find out what works for you.
WHAT ABOUT THE SHELF LIFE?
This depends on storage because all oils eventually lose their stability. At the least, 9 months which is definitely long enough to get through a full size bottle if you use it 2-3x a day. If you are careful to keep the oil blend away from high temps (above normal room temps is too high) and store it tightly closed protected from heat and light it will last 18 months. If you decide to store your refill bottle in the refrigerator it will likely keep even longer if needed. I've found that customers are coming back often enough that this shouldn't be an issue if you are using the oil regularly for maintenance.
