Purrfect shine works best with our purrfect base.
Top coat works best if you give a few minutes for each layer to dry before applying the top coat to your nails or nail art. Although this is a quick dry top coat, it may take a little longer to get through multiple coats of polish.

Retouch your mani by reapplying Purrfect Shine Top Coat every few days
