"Tempestuous Tides" is a rich blue multichrome on a blackened base, packed with blue reflective glitters and tiny aqua-green iridescent microflakes.
Base: Sheer jelly.
Finish: Glitter and flakies.
Glitter: Yes, reflective.
Blurring basecoat recommended? No.
Topcoat recommended? Yes, will dry textured due to glitter.
