"Pandemonium" is an irresistible, sparkling blend of iridescent copper and pink flakies alongside a red-gold-green shifting UUC flake mix. Scattered with sparse reflective silver glitter and a dusting of pinkish-purple shimmer!
Base: Sheer/clear.
Finish: Flakies.

Blurring basecoat recommended? Optional to customers; this can be a flakie topper or worn alone.
