Femme Fatale continues their 'Romanticism Through the Arts' theme with a polish inspired by Bruya Res En Fleurs (Heathers in Bloom) 1921 by William Didier-Pouget.
"Heather Blossom" has a soft, sheer periwinkle jelly blue base with strong shifting, large glass-flake shimmer particles. These shift from pink-gold-green-blue depending on angle of the light.
Base: Sheer jelly.
Finish: Shimmer.
Glitter: No.
Blurring basecoat recommended? Customers may prefer it if they dislike VNL.
Topcoat recommended? Yes, will dry slightly matte-textured.
Coats: 2-3.
