Alchemy Lacquers begins a new theme inspired by 'Barbie Dolls,' with the first polish inspired by their favorite and the only one that they have currently displayed!
"Neptune Fantasy" is a turquoise jelly nail lacquer with green to turquoise to blue shimmer, holographic flakes and green reflective glitter. Since this polish does contain reflective glitter, it will dry to a textured finish.
