On the other hand, are our maternal figures ever really prepared for the loss of a child? This week, I learned of another family's tragic loss. My friend, Mike, that lives in Florida, has regularly posted on social media about a little boy named Tommy with Wilm's Tumor (a form of kidney cancer that primarily affects children). For four years, I have followed Tommy's battle with cancer. My family was a part of a group of people that prayed, encouraged, and supported this little boy as best we could. This past week, I learned that Tommy left this earth, and I felt this loss so intensely, so earnestly. But more so, my heart goes out to his family for their loss. I cannot imagine what this Mother's Day will be like for Tommy's mother, but it brings me to this thought. While we are still within the throes of this pandemic, we may not be able to reach out and hug everyone we would like to, but we can still offer words and deeds of kindness. This Mother's Day, this might be the very thing that someone you know might need without even realizing it. Kindness costs nothing, but means everything.

Maui Wowie Blend Restorative Cuticle oil - Normally, we sell the Maui Wowie Restorative Cuticle Oil in the Hula Moon store with 10 mL glass roll on vials. For this particular event, there's been some supply chain issues trying to get more of our vials, so we are using 12 mL nail polish bottles with brushes! We are super curious and excited to know what you think about this type vehicle of application for cuticle oils.
