"Sugar and Sequins" is a a clear based topper full of assorted glitters in red, pink, magenta, purple, gold - shapes include dots, shreds, bars, squares, stars, hearts and hexes. As this is a topper it will not be opaque unless sponged on; top coat is a must however. "Sugar and Sequins" is inspired by the Candy series.
