Baroness X "The Bind & Burnish” Base Coat

Baroness X also brings us "The Bind & Burnish” Base Coat which is a sticky base coat which helps to make your mani last longer. It's also the #1 recommended base coat to help keep fluid art decals on.

**Bottle will not have a cabochon**

Instructions: 

1. Paint on a regular coat of the B&B Base Coat (not too thin or too thick).
2. After about 20-30 seconds it's time to apply your decal.
3. You can either use our silicone tool or your fingertip to apply the decal. Many customers have reported using a combination of the two.
4. Cut the decal around the nail and use acetone on one of our brushes for cleanup.
5. Finish off with our Liquid Crystal Top Coat, Assimilate or Hydromancy for a glossy finish.
6. For a matte or slightly matte finish, use Smokescreen (the most matte), Leatherette (our less matte, leather-like topcoat) or Charmeuse (our shiny leaning satin top coat).
