Garden Path Lacquers has created a polish for Valentine's Day inspired by one of their favorite winter fragrances: Bvlgari Allegra Baciami.
"Baciami" (Italian for "kiss me") has a warm red crelly base filled with red holographic microglitter, gold Aurora shimmer, red-orange ultra chameleon chrome flakes, and holographic microflakes.
